Job Summary
Understand customer needs and develop problem-solving skills by providing the best experience through Email, Chat, or Phone as a specialist in one of the biggest social media platforms. Fluent Arabic speakers with strong English skills will work on night shifts, utilizing their computer skills and empathy to resolve issues. This role offers a fixed-term, renewable contract with meal vouchers and private health insurance after six months. Relocation includes accommodation in shared apartments, free Portuguese lessons, and access to cultural events like football tournaments and surf lessons.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic Speaker
- Mandatory: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI annotation or evaluation platforms
- Good in English
- Good computer skills
- EU citizenship or a valid residence card
- Availability to work on night shifts
