Job Summary
Manage large volume and strategic Property Management Company accounts by preparing customer statements, analyzing aging reports, and resolving disputes to reduce delinquent balances. Independently review accounts to determine resolution strategies for past due invoices, credits, and cash amounts while reconciling billing and cash application discrepancies. Respond quickly to customer requests by providing support, offering payment options, and conducting meetings to collaborate on in-depth account reviews. Frequently interact with interdepartmental teams to address outstanding balance issues and identify root causes for billing errors. Subject matter expert for AR processes with potential to train newer specialists.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of Accounts Receivable related experience
- Understanding of Accounting principles
- Advanced to Expert Excel skills with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Multi software knowledge to work with different sources of data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently
- Presentation skills to clients or sales /product teams
- Ability to execute effectively against multiple time constraints
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- May be required to lift or move 10+ pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree preferred in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Degree Preferred in Accounting, Business or Finance
- 3+ years at Realpage preferred
