Job Summary
AR Specialist responsible for posting and applying daily payments, resolving short payments and unapplied cash, processing credit memos and manual billings, reconciling AR balances, supporting month-end close, and monitoring customer accounts to assess credit risk. Must have strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems; capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Foreign currency knowledge is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree in accounting preferred, with at least two years of related accounts receivable or collections experience.
