Job Summary
Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to fulfillment; review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance; coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Sourcing; ensure timely order booking in ERP systems; track order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders; handle order amendments, cancellations, and escalations; monitor pending orders and ensure timely invoicing and delivery; maintain proper documentation and audit compliance; support AR follow-ups by ensuring correct documentation and billing; travel within Saudi Arabia for official duties.
