Job Summary
Manage orders, scheduling, and sample coordination to ensure the Analytical Laboratory is stocked and prepared for daily work. Verify supplies upon arrival, resolve invoicing discrepancies, and maintain Safety Data Sheet documentation for chemicals. Coordinate samples with outside testing facilities, assist with daily 5S activities, and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Work Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM onsite in Winchester, KY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- Ability to multitask with high efficiency
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain efficiency
- Knowledge and demonstrated performance regarding all lab safety processes and procedures
- Ability to work safely with chemicals of varying potency
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- General computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, or walk for an extended period of time
- Specific vision requirements include reading written documents and frequent use of a computer monitor
- 100% Onsite
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
- Location: Winchester, KY
