Job Summary
AR Credit & Collections Specialist for hybrid role in Mexico City focusing on credit review and risk assessment, managing a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio, driving timely payment resolution, and collaborating with Sales, Collections, and Billing to ensure compliant payment terms and accurate account resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent education and experience
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Understanding of order to cash processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding
- Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs

- Previous experience managing a credit portfolio in an international context
- Experience using SFDC, D&B, G-Suite and Excel
