Job Summary
Raise Client Recharge invoices, liaise with customers and credit controllers regarding account queries, and maintain and reconcile customer Retro accounts. Reconcile daily invoice runs, raise returns pre-advices for non-collected returns, and manage the Finance Admin email box daily. Assist in raising pro-forma invoices for zero credit rating customers, support team members during absences, and ensure all department activity adheres to company procedures and client instructions. Perform any reasonable requests determined by management. Full-time hybrid role in Vilnius with a gross monthly salary range of EUR 1,483.30 to EUR 2,119. High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in cash application or accounting required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in cash application, accounting, or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make effective decisions and implement audit-ready processes
- Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
- Knowledge of general accounting and banking principles
- General knowledge of the accounts receivable and cash application process
- Proficiency in 10-key data entry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Contracts and Chargebacks
- Understanding of payroll processing software such as ADP
