Job Summary
AR Calling - RCMS Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India, responsible for delivering managed services within the Technology Consulting practice. You will engage directly with clients to deliver operations and solutions, analyze complex processes, and develop deliverables aligned with client engagements. Responsibilities include analyzing operational processes to identify improvements, implementing automation to streamline revenue cycle management, developing and executing process mapping and improvement strategies, collaborating with teams to drive operational excellence, applying lean and Six Sigma methodologies, managing demand and operational support to achieve cost efficiency, embracing emerging technologies for solution development, and mentoring junior team members. Strong emphasis on analytical thinking, communication, and English proficiency to support client needs and project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, Hospital / Physician billing, Team Management
