Job Summary
AR Calling - RCMS - Manager leads and manages revenue cycle managed services operations for healthcare clients within PwC Acceleration Center India. Responsible for driving client engagement workstreams, supervising teams, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating automation solutions and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Utilizes Six Sigma methodologies and lean process improvement to enhance service operations, develops and executes operations strategies for service and operational excellence, builds and maintains stakeholder relationships to drive demand management, and promotes adoption of technology implementation and process execution methodologies. Must have at least a Bachelor's degree, 9+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, and Epic HB & PB experience; strong English communication skills.
