Job Summary
AR Calling - RCMS Manager leads and manages revenue cycle operations for client accounts within PwC's Technology Consulting practice. Responsibilities include driving client engagement workstreams, supervising teams, mentoring staff, implementing process optimization and automation, conducting operational analysis, planning operations strategy, applying Six Sigma and lean methodologies to improve efficiency, overseeing technology implementations to support service operations, coaching teams for continuous improvement, building stakeholder relationships for demand management, promoting emerging technologies, and validating data integrity and process execution methodologies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 9+ years in Medicare/Medicaid insurance claim management, Epic experience, strong client-relational and analytical skills, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid Insurance Claim Management/Billing/Claim Edit Resolution
- Epic tool experience
- Ability to lead client-facing consulting teams / Strong Client relationship skills / Ability to analyze complex data
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
