Job Summary
AR Caller/RCM Specialist responsible for end-to-end revenue cycle activities including insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, prior authorization processing, eligibility verification, and documentation. Role ensures timely reimbursements, accurate submissions, and smooth coordination between providers, patients, and payers. Requires knowledge of CMS guidelines, CMS LCD/NCD guidelines, CCI edits, and CPT/ ICD codes; experience with medical billing software, EMRs, and MS Office; strong communication and analytical skills; bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in AR Calling/RCM preferred. Familiarity with RPM, CCM and RTM billing is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 1–3 years in AR Calling/Prior Authorization and RCM (End to End claim handling)
- Certification in Medical Billing or RCM (added advantage)
