AR Caller / AR Analyst – US Healthcare Collections

AR Caller - Collections role focused on contacting delinquent clients in the healthcare-collections space to recover outstanding payments, maintain timely records, and meet cash targets. Responsibilities include initiating contact with delinquent accounts, maintaining professional communication to resolve payment issues, monitoring debt recovery efforts, updating customer account notes, recording cash receipts and wires, and driving productivity including training and directing the work of Collections staff. Requires 4+ years in AR calling or billing for an international voice processing environment, strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance. Four-day workweek and health insurance benefits are noted; location is Hyderabad, India. A Bachelor's degree is required.
