Job Summary
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you’ll play a meaningful role in handling day-to-day financial processes while working closely with a collaborative team. Responsibilities include applying deposits to customer AR accounts, being the point of contact for AR issues, ensuring payments are collected per contractual terms, investigating deductions to determine credits or collections, communicating disputes to the manager, making collection calls on past-due accounts, releasing orders from credit hold, and maintaining proactive call/email communication with customers. The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in AR preferred, familiarity with Epicor a plus, strong Excel/Word skills, excellent interpersonal skills, effective telephone etiquette, attention to detail, and autonomous, outcome-driven work style. This position is part of a global organization with a hybrid work arrangement in Madison, WI.
