AR Analyst - Credit & Deductions

Job Summary
AR Analyst, accountable for managing customer credit limits, reviewing and resolving deductions, and supporting timely cash application and collections. Responsibilities include investigating and validating deductions (e.g., pricing discrepancies, short payments, returns, freight claims), initiating credit memos or repayment requests, monitoring open deductions and aging, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues. Requires proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains, Oracle, NetSuite), Excel, and Office 365; strong analytical and communication skills; and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. In-office role at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL; opportunities to prepare deduction and credit aging reports, identify deduction trends, and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 0-3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or deduction management
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Great Plains, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel; experience with deduction tracking tools a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and investigative mindset
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in high-volume AR or shared services environments, preferred
- Knowledge of trade promotion, EDI, and retailer deduction practices (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous process improvement methodologies, preferred
- Experience with Great Plains software a plus
