Job Summary
Prepare monthly cash receipt journal entries for multiple units, verify general ledger coding, and reconcile income using the AR module. Monitor cash receipt posting status, customize Excel transmittal forms, and train field personnel on cash receipts policies. Handle BBCRM adjusting entries, perform bank and exchange account reconciliations, and coordinate donation adjustments. Assist with internal and external audits, month-end and year-end projects, and provide backup support for scanning, logging checks, and opening mail. Work Saturdays and additional hours as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 semester (or 20 quarter) units in accounting
- The position requires a minimum of one to three years' experience
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to work on Saturdays and additional hours, as necessary

- Self-motivated, deadline driven, and a team player
- Work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills: Windows, MS Excel; able to enter data with speed and accuracy
