Job Summary
Aquatics Supervisor overseeing Life Time’s pool facilities, responsible for supervising and training the Aquatics Team Members, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining safety and cleanliness, responding to member inquiries about Life Time programs and policies, and promoting the swim program. The role requires lifeguarding expertise, coaching/instruction background, and ability to work in a club setting with physical activity and occasional lifting. The position emphasizes safety, staff development, and program promotion within indoor and outdoor pools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience
- 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience
- 1 year of lifeguarding experience
- 6 months of head guard or supervising experience
- StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid Certification (or bridge to StarGuard when current certification expires or within 1st year)
- For Canada, Lifesaving Society Lifeguard certification and Standard FA with CPR C
