Job Summary
Aquatics Supervisor at FOSS Swim School in Parker, CO, part-time role supporting enrollment and customer engagement strategies while supervising staff and maintaining high-quality Swim Path curriculum and pool/facility standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel during shifts, assisting in goal-setting with the Assistant Manager, acting as a brand ambassador to build customer loyalty, and ensuring facility cleanliness and safety. Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/First Aid within 90 days. Requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and availability to work days, evenings, and weekends; training cohorts are scheduled with defined session times.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification within the first 90 days of employment (company will pay costs for initial and renewal)
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Experience in retail, health and fitness, restaurant, or related industry preferred (not required)
- At least one year of employment with FOSS preferred
- Commitment to participate in scheduled training cohorts and attendance at all sessions
