Aquatics Staff I

Aquatics Staff I is responsible for lifeguard surveillance and rescue, ensuring the safety and well-being of pool patrons, enforcing pool rules, and assisting with water-safety services and equipment maintenance. The role requires monitoring guests during swim lessons and Family Hours, documenting incidents, and demonstrating leadership during emergencies. Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, American Red Cross Lifeguard certification (LIFEGRD), and Lifeguard Certification; travel is never or rarely required.
