Job Summary
Conduct swimming lessons and manage daily aquatics operations, including creating employee and pool schedules. Interview, hire, onboard, and manage the instructor team to ensure brand and safety standards are met. Address and document incidents involving employees, customers, and the pool. Track instructor certifications and support ongoing training and competency development. This role focuses on delivering a survival-first swim program to combat child drowning statistics while maintaining a safe and happy learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a swimming instructor and teaching/management
- 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications
- Must know the four swimming stokes
