Job Summary
Aquatics Manager leading daily operations at the Alameda campus, supervising swim instructors, coaching staff, and teaching swim lessons using a structured curriculum. Responsibilities include staying active on deck and in the water, ensuring safety standards, onboarding and training new instructors, keeping the team organized and accountable, and communicating clearly with families and staff. The role requires a confident, people-first leader who can mentor a team, stay active, and make a positive impact on kids’ confidence and life skills.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ and high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of leadership or team lead experience
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Experience working with kids is a big plus
- Aquatics experience is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable working in and around water
