Job Summary
Aquatics Manager leading daily operations on the pool deck and directly with a team of swim instructors. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, teaching swim lessons using a structured curriculum, ensuring safety standards are followed, onboarding and training new instructors, and maintaining clear communication with families and staff. The role is hands-on and active, with on-deck and in-water duties, and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requires 18+, HS diploma (or equivalent), 1+ year leadership experience, reliability, organization, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
