Aquatics Manager

Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed while managing daily aquatics operations and customer service interactions. Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain smooth execution of the program, including creating staff and pool lesson schedules. Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur. Ensure the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards through instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, and tracking required certifications. This role supports the mission to combat child drowning statistics by ensuring every person has the opportunity to become a safe swimmer.
