Job Summary
Aquatics Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Ensure program delivery adheres to brand and safety standards, manage instructor team, conduct initial and ongoing training, facilitate customer conversations, and teach lessons when necessary. Also accountable for tracking instructor certifications and supporting employee development and competency. Other duties include interviewing, hiring, onboarding, creating schedules for employees and pool lessons, documenting incidents, and maintaining a safe, quality aquatic experience for the community. Certifications such as Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) may be obtained during training.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
