Job Summary
Aquatics Manager overseeing day-to-day aquatics operations, instructor team management, and customer service interactions for British Swim School. Responsibilities include interviewing/hiring/onboarding staff, creating schedules for pool lessons, documenting incidents, teaching and leading swimming lessons, training instructors in the curriculum, ensuring safety and brand standards, and tracking instructor certifications. Role requires travel between Cypress and Spring locations and strong interpersonal/organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certifications may be obtained during training.
