Aquatics Manager

Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed while managing daily aquatics program operations and customer service interactions. Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to ensure smooth execution of services, including creating staff and pool lesson schedules. Address and document incidents involving employees, customers, and the pool environment. Prioritize delivering the British Swim School program according to brand and safety standards, with a focus on instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, and tracking required certifications. Maintain employee development and competency skills.
