Job Summary
Oversees daily aquatic program operations at Aqua Tots Swim Schools in Rochester Hills, MI. Leads a team, schedules, trains staff, maintains safety and cleanliness, manages resources, and ensures high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Collaborates with General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, staffing, maintenance, ordering supplies, and customer service, with a focus on safety and a polished aquatic program. Requires 2 years swim experience and 2 years of management or leadership experience, with a schedule of 40-45 hours per week including weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Availability to work full time
- Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
- Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hrs per week
- Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 830am-300pm that rotates weekly.
