Job Summary
Manage and lead a team while overseeing scheduling, staffing, training, maintenance, and supply ordering. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and deliver customer service alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager. Rotate weekend shifts from 8:30am-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays while working full-time weekdays ranging from 9:30am-8pm. Requires two years of swim experience and two years of management or leadership experience. Work in a fast-paced environment at Aqua Tots Swim Schools with flexible set schedules, weekly pay, and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work full time
- Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- 2 years swim experience
- 2 years management or leadership experience
- Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hrs per week
- Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm
- require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm that rotates weekly
