Job Summary
Manage and lead a team while scheduling, staffing, training, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Oversee daily operations including ordering supplies and delivering customer service alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager. Rotate weekend shifts from 8:30am-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays while working full-time weekdays ranging from 9:30am-8pm. Requires two years of swim experience and two years in management or leadership roles. Required Qualifications
- Availability to work full time
- Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)

- Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm
- Require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm that rotates weekly
- 2 years swim experience
- 2 years management or leadership experience
