Job Summary
Lead aquatics program operations across multiple pool locations, supervise swim instructors, train staff in the British Swim School method, engage with parents, ensure lesson quality and water-safety instruction, develop staff through assessments and performance-improvement plans, handle on-deck interactions with families, and travel locally within the greater Anaheim area. Weekend/evening availability is required; role includes coaching, coaching/training, and occasional phone calls.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team (at least 1 year)
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience with setting and maintaining standards for a service business – especially if its child related
- Willingness to train on swim program
