Job Summary
Lead Aquatics program and manage Swim Instructors across multiple pool locations in the greater Anaheim area. Train staff in the British Swim School method, evaluate performance, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality lessons, safety, and customer satisfaction. Communicate progress to parents, support instructor development, supervise scheduling and on-deck operations, and help grow the school’s customer base. Requires bilingual abilities (helpful), weekend/evening availability, and travel within local pools. Part-time with potential move to full-time.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team
- Bilingual
- Experience with setting and maintaining standards for a service business – especially if it's child related
- Experience with teaching the British Swim School curriculum
- Willingness to travel locally to Anaheim area
- Ability to train instructors in the BSS swim method
- Ability to engage with parents on deck and communicate student progress
- Ability to evaluate instructor performance and develop improvement plans
- Experience managing multiple pool locations
- Commitment to water safety and child development
