Job Summary
Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet participant interests, abilities, and goals. Maintain proficiency in all swim strokes while ensuring a safe, welcoming experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Minimum age of 17 and current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within 30 days. Part-time schedule of approximately 4-8 hours per week, with fill-in availability based on demand. Competitive hourly pay range of $14-$15.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days
- Must have a strong swim background
- Proficiency in all swim strokes
