Job Summary
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of swim teachers, deck managers, and lifeguards by recruiting, training, and developing staff while fostering a motivating culture. Deliver unforgettable in-water experiences through personalized service, stepping in as needed for deck management, lifeguarding, or swim instruction to ensure seamless operations. Drive program growth by optimizing class scheduling, instructor assignments, and student progress tracking while collaborating with leadership to achieve revenue and retention goals. Maintain a safe facility by conducting regular inspections, managing pool operations, and adhering to national safety standards. Support business objectives through retail sales and community relationship building to expand program impact.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in swim program management, aquatics instruction, or coaching
- Leadership background in recruiting, training, and coaching customer-focused teams
- Knowledge of pool operations, safety standards, and aquatics best practices
- Certified Pool Operator
- Sales and customer service experience with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email)
