Aquatics Director

Select, hire, coach, mentor, and educate aquatic department employees to reinforce club values and ensure operations meet company standards. Oversee all programming for the aquatic area, including swim lessons, swim teams, aquatic exercise classes, and related activities. Manage all financial aspects of the pool and aquatic department, collaborating with the Sports Club Director to ensure financial performance aligns with the budget. Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and safe aquatic environment in compliance with club and public health department standards. Requires one year as an Aquatic Director or two years in aquatics instruction/lifeguarding, CPR certification, and a preferred college degree in sports or recreation.
