Job Summary
Aquatics Coordinator responsible for leading pool-deck operations, supervising lifeguards and swim instructors, managing weekly schedules, coaching and developing the aquatics team, onboarding new staff, and coordinating events and member engagement. Ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards; maintains water quality and chemical balance; conducts safety audits and drills; assists with budget and maintenance coordination; and leads quarterly meetings to share updates and celebrate wins.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of aquatics supervisory experience
- CPR/AED certification required
