Aquatic Team Lead

Aquatic Team Lead responsible for guiding and supporting team members to meet production goals and maintain an efficient workflow. Duties include distributing tasks based on skills and workload, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to established procedures, onboarding and training new staff, securing necessary materials and equipment, serving as the central point of contact for operational updates, identifying and escalating issues affecting productivity, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Requires HS Diploma or GED, 2+ years of leadership experience in an operational/production setting, and a valid driver’s license; mosquito management, facilities, or warehouse operations experience preferred. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills; proactive problem solving, ability to follow instructions, and collaboration with team members and other departments. Knowledge of Google platforms and ability to interpret procedural guidelines; comfortable with technical or operational troubleshooting.
