Aquatic Supervisor - Vaughan

Support employees through day-to-day coaching, guidance, and issue resolution while providing supervision and leadership to shift teams. Lead ongoing staff training, mentorship, and development to foster a positive workplace culture through morale and staff engagement initiatives. Ensure quality and adherence to company Guidelines in all programs by maintaining policies, procedures, and governing regulations. Communicate with clients and prospective employees while liaising with external course conductors. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility space and manage sales for merchandise, programs, and office inventory. Implement company KPIs and key metrics as assigned, acting as Manager on Duty and performing any position within the facility as required.
