Job Summary
Lead the Making Waves program by supervising shift teams, coaching staff, and resolving issues while modeling core values. Ensure quality delivery and adherence to guidelines through in-water and on-deck support of coaches and instructors. Manage client communications, liaise with external conductors, and maintain a safe, clean facility. Execute sales for merchandise and inventory, implement assigned KPIs, and perform any facility duties as required. Operate as Manager on Duty when needed. Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available with a minimum of two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- LSS National Lifeguard
- LSS Lifesaving Instructor
- Standard First Aid with CPR-C
- 1+ years experience of leading staff
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
- Minimum availability of 2 days per week required
Desired Qualifications
- MWSS Coach Course Certification
