Aquatic Manager

Aqua-Tots Swim Schools seeks an Aquatic Manager to lead and develop the instructor team, ensure high-quality swim lessons, and oversee daily aquatics operations. You’ll hire, train, coach, and assess instructors, monitor lesson quality and safety standards, manage pool safety and facility operations, support daily school operations with the General Manager, assist with scheduling and coverage, and foster positive family experiences through strong communication and student progression. The role requires leadership and coaching capabilities, experience in aquatics or swim instruction, CPR/AED and First Aid certification, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred), and open availability including evenings and weekends.
