Job Summary
Arrive 15 minutes before each scheduled class to set up equipment and welcome participants. Lead safe, engaging 45-minute aquatic fitness classes that include cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Adapt exercises for varying fitness levels and abilities, clearly demonstrating movements while monitoring safety and encouraging proper form. Create appropriate music playlists that match the pace and energy of each session. Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment by building positive relationships with participants and maintaining a professional instructor presence. Set up, clean, and properly store all aquatic fitness equipment before and after class, communicating any maintenance or safety concerns to facility staff promptly. Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality, arranging qualified substitutes and notifying supervisors when unable to teach scheduled classes.

- Previous experience leading aquatic fitness, group fitness, or wellness programs preferred
