Job Summary
Provides patient care within regulatory requirements and supports the department and staff in rehab and pool settings, including monitoring pool safety, performing water rescues if needed, assisting with patient scheduling and check-in/out, leading lifeguards and aquatic staff, and performing administrative tasks such as setting up the treatment area and clerical duties. Requires a HS diploma/GED, ARC Lifeguard Certification, and BLS Healthcare Provider certification; emphasizes teamwork, communication, scheduling, and training/mentoring colleagues in a dynamic healthcare environment; rotates shifts with full-time hours (40 per week) at San Mateo and Burlingame locations.
