Job Summary
Lead on-site aqua fitness classes for older adults in senior living communities and community centers with pools; deliver group, private, and small-group water-based sessions tailored to individual goals; ensure pool safety and emergency procedures; follow Live 2 B Healthy protocols and curriculum standards; report attendance, session feedback, and client notes to the Fitness Program Manager; effective communication with residents, staff, and community partners; schedule is flexible and contract-based in the Indianapolis area; certifications and CPR/AED required; age-appropriate programming for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification (REQUIRED)
