Job Summary
Teach Geography of Urban Transportation (GEG3322) as a Regular Part-Time Professor; deliver an in-person course on urban transportation, urban form, land use, environment and transportation systems, with a Tuesday 8:30–11:30 schedule at the Main Campus in Ottawa. Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with significant related experience or equivalent; strong emphasis on equity, diversity and inclusion and accessibility during recruitment and teaching; employment governed by applicable collective agreements; start of academic year is September 1 with 39 work hours noted for course delivery and rate of $239.47 per hour (2024–2025) and retroactive pay after ratification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant discipline and significant additional experience
- An acceptable level of education/experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
