Job Summary
Deliver a 3-credit introductory course on corporate law covering fiduciary concepts, corporate structures, shareholder rights, and director responsibilities. Teach weekly sessions in French to approximately 74 students during the 2026 Fall semester. Maintain active membership in good standing with the Barreau de l'Ontario and possess significant corporate law practice experience. The Common Law Section seeks leaders in the legal profession for this irregular part-time position, with a preference for candidates holding an LL.B. or J.D. and prior university teaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- LL.B. or J.D. (or equivalent)
- Membership in good standing with the Barreau de l'Ontario (or equivalent)
- Significant experience in corporate law practice

- Previous teaching experience at the university level
