APT Separation Engineer (Separators, Desalters)

Job Summary
Senior chemical/process engineer to lead separation projects including separators/desalters, develop technical and commercial tender responses, perform feasibility and process studies, utilize HYSYS/UNSIM/Flaresim, participate in HAZOP/SIL, oversee team and coordinate with tender and execution groups, ensure cost-focused tender development and client communication, and capture lessons learned for turnover to execution. Requires 10+ years in Chemical/Process Engineering with experience in Middle East and water knockout facilities; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Chemical Engineering – Masters Degree
- 10 years + in Chemical Engineering / Process Engineering
- Autonomy
- Experience in Separation Projects for Middle East (Water Knock Out Facilities).
- Process Simulation tools such as HYSYS, UNSIM, Flaresim
- Troubleshooting experience
- HAZOP and SIL studies participation and close outs.
- Deep knowledge of technology
