Job Summary
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and data analysis, including EACs and EVMS processes. Manage labor tracking, cost transfers, and MRP resource planning updates within PRISM while overseeing Internal Work Authorization. Support variance analysis updates and financial reviews with RFS management, collaborating with Contracts, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to strengthen processes. Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to enable strategic decision-making and achieve bottom-line results. Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and relay critical information across multi-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word and prefer advanced excel skillset)
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a Team structure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross functional teammates & all levels of leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with generating EACs
- Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc)
- Experience in using SAP Business Systems (ex: APEX, PRISM)
- Analysis for Office
- Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- EVMS Certified
