APS Power Service Representative

Job Summary
Represent Advanced Power Systems in the assigned territory to promote service programs, parts, and rental offerings; define target accounts and measure performance toward them; maintain existing customers and collaborate with the Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Sales Team. Responsibilities may evolve with company needs; requires a clean, safe vehicle and strong communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills. Emphasis on growing Parts, Service, and Rental within the territory and effective time/territory management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current unrestricted driver’s license
- 3+ years’ experience in Material Handling Equipment/Battery, Chargers, Floor Cleaning
- Industrial Sales Experience Preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Ability to interact with all departments within our dealership
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to generate growth in Parts, Service and Rental within territory
- Time and Territory Management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
