Job Summary
Coordinate consumer credit financing for personal loans and credit cards while assisting with Credit applications and facility sanctioning. Monitor and control the Expired Reviews report, prepare AD15 Excess Reports, and service the portfolio of Corporate and Commercial customers. Provide an excellent service to customers by attending requests diligently, adjusting errors, and addressing complaints subject to authorization. Escalate identified risks to the Commercial Administration Manager and Business Risk and Control Manager to ensure adequate controls. Perform standard office procedures including answering calls, replying to emails, and assisting the Commercial teams with administrative tasks and filing. Promote the APS Bank brand and cross-sell products while adhering to all Bank policies and regulations.

- Be a team player while still being able to work independently when needed with minimal guidance.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & interpersonal skills.
- Be computer literate and conversant in MS Office applications.
- Preferably having a minimum of 2-year experience in Commercial Banking
- Ideally possess or is in the process of obtaining a professional qualification in a relevant area such as banking, finance or related field.
