Job Summary
Conduct legal audits for due diligence, analyze and organize corporate and contractual documents, and draft legal minutes. Support market capitalization team activities by tracking ongoing projects and operations, while assisting in legal research and participating in internal and client meetings. Maintain proficiency in advanced English and Office packages to deliver precise solutions. This internship is available for law students from the third year onward, offering a full 13th-month salary, health and dental plans, transport and meal allowances, and access to Gympass.
