Job Summary
Provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities across Connecticut. Manage a full-time caseload of approximately eight facilities while traveling within the state. Maintain active APRN licensure in CT and apply clinical judgment to deliver excellent patient outcomes. The role offers a salary range of $135,000 to $168,000, inclusive of bonuses, alongside full benefits, mileage reimbursement, and four weeks of PTO plus ten paid holidays. We provide full company-paid wound care certification and specialized hands-on training to support your career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- active APRN license in CT
- Strong clinical judgment
- interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in multiple SNFs
- collaborating with facility teams
- Willingness to travel within CT to a full-time caseload of apx 8 facilities
