Required Qualifications

• •Master of Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• •Current licensure in state of Kentucky as an APRN
• •National certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
• •Current DEA certificate without restriction
• •Current BLS certification
• •ACLS certification
